We had a fantastic team event in Mannheim - we cooked together! Why? Because we firmly believe that teamwork and shared experiences strengthen our group dynamics and promote team building. This is crucial because work should be fun.

Especially during the ravioli-making, it became clear how important it is for us to collaborate, not only to progress faster but also better. While some of us rolled out the dough, others could start cutting out, and the rest could continue filling. And we greatly appreciate these processes that go hand in hand in our team, as they contribute significantly to our success!
