How to become part of the team

Application Process

01

Quick Application

Send us an email or use the form on our careers page to apply. Please include your CV and transcripts if applicable, and briefly introduce yourself. Let us know why you believe you'd be a great fit for our team.

02

Careful Review

We carefully review your documents and will get back to you within a week to let you know if we’d like to learn more about you.

03

Initial Interview

If we find your profile interesting, we'll invite you to an initial interview. This is an informal conversation where we get to know each other, learn about your experience, and discuss how you could fit into our team. Depending on your availability, this interview can be conducted online or in our office.

04

Case Study

If everything aligns, we'll send you the materials for our case study. You'll have a few days to prepare, and you're welcome to ask any questions during your preparation. In a final interview, we'll discuss your approach and how you tackled the case study.

05

Final decision

If everything has gone well, we'll inform you of our decision as quickly as possible. Then, nothing will stand in the way of you joining adago.

How can you prepare?

Prepare carefully

An interview is about more than just showcasing your resume. We want to understand what drives you, the reasons behind your journey, and why adago should be the next step in it. We’re also eager to learn what makes you unique and what you expect from us.

Be yourself

Be yourself and share your genuine expectations and desires. There’s no benefit in presenting a role that wouldn’t bring you happiness later on in our team. We value open communication and want to collaborate in a positive, enjoyable environment. And we can only judge whether this can work if we get to know you honestly.

Listen and ask questions

Especially, in case studies, it’s crucial to accurately understand the initial situation and the problem at hand. Rather than jumping straight to potential solutions, take the time to ask questions and reflect on the situation first.

Share your thoughts

Time is short, but we will give you time to think. Use it to organize your thoughts. We’re interested in seeing how you think and approach problems—so let us be part of your process.

Don't panic

Take your time and ask questions. Mistakes happen, and that's okay. Don’t spend too much energy defending a solution if it’s not the right one.
